These overshoes are made of flexible, pliable PVC while treads under sole to prevent slipping and help liquid flow away from the foot. Impacto Turbo Toe Overshoes will not harden, stiffen or crack and can be comfortably worn over low-heel dress, running shoes, and most boots.
